Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within [1-3] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (e.g., during sale events or holidays), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Damages and Issues
Raume is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Cosmetic Products Notice: Please inspect your order upon reception. If a product (e.g., glass bottle, pressed powder) arrives broken, please contact us at info@kbx1490.com with a photo of the damaged item within [48 hours] of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Lost/Stolen Packages
Raume is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier.
